    Hi Mark,

    Hungarian Oak imparts a certain type of spiciness to the wine. Hungarian oak is also an in between of French and American…It offers a beautiful sweet & savoury spice component.I use hungarian oak for my Shiraz and a good mate of mine is the distributor of hungarian oak here in AUS. Cheers Sam
