Sacs and Cuts – Episode #259

In this episode of 1337 Wine TV, Mark reviews another Cul-De-Sac wine he bought at HEB. This time it’s the Merlot. He then reviews the Sonoma Cutrer Sonoma Coast Chardonnay. This week’s Wine 101 is about the difference between Super Tuscan and Chianti.

Here are the links for today’s show, OK, so it’s just one link since Cul-De-Sac doesn’t have one:

Cul-de-Sac Merlot: I’ve heard of sediment, but I ended up with a 1″ piece of grapevine in my throat, then checked the bottle and there is a piece of vine at least 4″ long in there, along with various chunks of debris. Let’s hope it’s a piece of vine. Never again is an understatement. Unbelievable.
